Jon Laffoon is the Superintendent of Star City School District, in Southeast Arkansas. He has served many roles in Private, Public, and Charter schools. This experience gives him a broad and unique perspective that opens the landscape of possibilities for leading innovation.
Jon has led large scale change and has been centrally involved in the creation of the "school within a school concept", a "flexible schedule", and creating "virtual environments". As an educator, Jon’s philosophies are grounded in student centered learning. His experience in successfully failing repeatedly has allowed him to remove barriers and create innovative learning environments.

Amber Teamann is the principal at Whitt Elementary in Wylie, Texas. Prior to her role as principal, she served as an Assistant Principal, Title 1 Technology Facilitator, and 4th grade teacher. From being a part of district initiatives to sharing innovative ways to connect with her stake holders, she constantly strives to make education more meaningful for her students. Amber has had the opportunity to speak at many different conferences, including ISTE, ASCD, and Learning Forward and even had an opportunity to visit Washington DC and share her passion for educators to become strong models of digital leadership.
