Dr. Robert Dillon is currently the Director of the Research Institute at BrightBytes, a national education think tank dedicated to promoting innovation and best practice in all classrooms. Prior to this role, he served the students and community of the Affton School District as Director of Technology and Innovation and has served as an educational leader in several public schools throughout the Saint Louis area over the past twenty years. Dr. Dillon has a passion to change the educational landscape by building excellent, engaging schools for all students. He looks for ways to ignite positive risk-taking in teachers and students and release trapped wisdom into the system by growing networks of inspired educators. Dr. Dillon serves on the Leadership Team for Connected Learning, a Saint Louis based organization designed to reshape professional development to meet today's needs. Dr. Dillon has had the opportunity to speak throughout the country at local, state, and national conferences and to share his thoughts and ideas in a variety of publications. He is the author of two books on learning best practices called Leading Connected Classrooms and the other is called Engage, Empower, Energize: Leading Tomorrow's Schools Today. He is supported by his wife and two daughters, and spends the remainder of his time running, reading, and cycling.

Jay is the principal of the Intermediate School in Merton, WI. Merton Intermediate is a 1-1 school using Google Apps for Education with 435 students from 5th through 8th grade. Jay is in his 29th year in education with 26 of those years in middle schools and is now in his 14th year as administrator, so if you are doing the math, Jay spent his first 15 years as a teacher before moving into administration.

Jerry is originally from Park Falls, Wisconsin. This is his second year as the Middle School Principal in Poynette, Wisconsin. Prior to becoming principal, he was the Poynette High School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director for 3 years. Before that, he taught 8th grade Math at Poynette Middle School for 7 years, and coached several different sports. Jerry’s focus on standards-based grading has helped their district become one of the best districts in the state and his administrative team will be presenting at a number of state conferences about this topic over the next year. Jerry is currently writing his dissertation to complete his doctorate degree from Edgewood College.

Jethro Jones is the Principal of Kodiak Middle School and host of the Transformative Principal Podcast, where he interviews principals, leaders, and influencers who help improve K-12 education throughout the world. A father of four, Jethro attended 5 elementary schools, 1 year in a junior high and 3 different high schools. Jethro has always pushed the envelope on learning situations, and at Kodiak Middle he implemented a flexible schedule that allows students to have Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions and enrichments during the school day. Throughout his career, Jay has met one-on-one with over 50,000 clients, and has trained and managed teams of up to 35 company representatives. His top tier performance in both personal sales and management along with his experience in leadership with educational institutions gives him a unique perspective on how to help educators rise to the next level of leadership.
Jay is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University and resides in the greater Houston area with his wife and three children where he helps raise money and awareness for neuromuscular disease through his work with the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
