Penny Sturtevant is in her 30th year as an educator and her 9th year as an administrator. She has worn many different hats along the way, including 1 year as a special needs teacher to mental health students in an institutional setting, a 7-12th grade science teacher in a small rural school, and as a school counselor for 14 years. In her time as an administrator, Penny has been a secondary assistant principal, a middle school principal, and currently serves as a career readiness Coordinator for her district. Penny is married to a social studies teacher, James Sturtevant, and together they have three children, one grandchild and one on the way. Penny is passionate about helping students and staff achieve success.

An experienced educator who has led a number of private institutions for nearly 30 years, Jim Power is the 13th Head of Schools of Culver Academies. Culver Academies is a college preparatory boarding high school comprised of Culver Military Academy and Culver Girls Academy. Dr. Ryan B.
